Where are you located ?

Indian Matrimonial has its registered office in Sydney Australia.

How Indian Matrimonial is different from dating apps or traditional matchmaking?

We offer a culturally aware, emotionally intelligent approach that blends traditional values with modern expectations. Unlike dating apps, our services involve curated matchmaking and professional coaching for long-term compatibility. We aren’t algorithm led system. We are based in Australia and most of our clints are based either in Australia or New Zealand.

What is the difference between Matchmaking service and Matrimony coaching?

Matchmaking services are designed for partner search. Matrimony coaching is designed to guide candidates and family members -pre or post marriage.

How do I decide which service is most appropriate for me?

Website will give you good idea about types of services we offer, Packages and Terms and conditions. These set of FAQS and our social media will also give you more insight. You are welcome to leave a message on website for us to contact you. We will be more then happy to explain you the process.

How does matchmaking process work?

We have easy onboarding process involving registration, payment and personal consultation, understanding your values, goals, and preferences. We then shortlist potential matches for you to log in and check in your personal inbox.

How does matrimonial coaching work?

It’s a one-on-one or group-based support system helping you with emotional readiness, communication skills, clarity on what you’re looking for, and building a confident mindset for relationships.  

I have very specific selection criteria such as the match must be Australian citizen with family living in Australia, or particular profession, particular caste etc. Would you be able to help us ?

Our matching process goes thru variety of filters, and we can customise some aspect of matching criteriaWe will take you thru the process. Please feel free to contact us.

Is it compulsory to attach the photographs ?

Yes it is, without an exception. We encourage everyone to submit minimum of 2 recent photographs. Combination of a close up and a full length. We highly recommend that you choose your photographs wisely. Photographs with dark sunglasses, blurred, partially covered or a group photograph will not be accepted. (All photographs must be solo).

How many profiles can I see during the membership period ?

There isn’t a fixed number cap on the profiles you could see, express interest, or exchange numbers. If you need further clarification, please feel free to ask. Our friendly admin team will be more than happy to answer. The wider partner preferences will attract more matches.

What if I don’t like the matches you send?

Feedback is crucial. We work with you to fine-tune preferences and clarify deal-breakers vs. negotiables. 

Can parents or family members contact you?

Yes, but we prioritise the candidate’s involvement and consent. We value respectful family involvement but focus on individual readiness. 

Can I register on behalf of my kids or other family members ?

Yes you can. This is an available option. You must obtain consent from the candidate you are trying to register, and you and the candidate must agree to Terms and conditions of Indian Matrimonial prior to registration. However Indian Matrimonial does not permit anyone to register on behalf of a friend.

Who can view my Profile Details ?

Indian Matrimonial provides personalised, confidential and exclusive service therefore profiles or details of the profile are not for the public display. Only the shortlisted members can view your profile.

Is there a package that provides a guaranteed marriage ?

Unfortunately, No one can ethically guarantee a match, but we do guarantee dedicated effort, transparency, and ongoing support to help you make informed decisions.

When is a profile not accepted by Indian Matrimonial ?

All profiles are checked carefully for data validity and completeness. If admin finds any discrepancies or doubts about authenticity of data provided, the registered member will be requested to amend the details. Any profile with abusive or inappropriate comments, or misleading/ falsifying information will be disqualified.

Can I transfer the membership ?

No, memberships are not transferrable.

Are all profiles verified for accuracy and authenticity ?

Due care and diligence will be taken while accepting the registration. However it is not possible for Indian Matrimonial to verify all details. It will be Full responsibility of the candidate to provide with most recent and accurate details and also conduct their own reference check/investigation as and when required.

How do you verify candidates?

We use a mix of interviews, social and cultural profiling, and sometimes references. We are not a background check agency but emphasize honesty and integrity.

Once I pay, would I have access to full database ?

Indian Matrimonial is strong advocate of privacy and confidentiality. Shortlisted Profiles will be shared on your nominated means of communication by the office admin team based on preferences and other contributing factors.

What are the packages ?

Can I register now and pay later ?

Yes you could. However full amount must be paid prior to profile sharing by Indian Matrimonial.

How do I make payment for the first time and also at the time of renewal ?

We accept payment via bank transfer only. We do not need or keep your debit card details. 

Can I get a refund ?

Indian Matrimonial has Zero refund policy. We highly recommend that you take your time to go thru the terms and condition prior to registration. Also please choose your packages wisely and feel free to seek consultation prior to payment if required. We do not accept part payment. All packages must be paid in full, prior to commencement of the service. Our pricing reflects the effort and customisation involved. We do not offer refunds, but credit or session extensions may be considered in specific circumstances.

When should I consider coaching—before or after meeting someone?

Each stage has its own requirements -Before meeting someone, after meeting someone to determine if they are compatible, post marriage support. Book a discovery call to find out more.

I’ve already tried everything. How will coaching help?

We work on deeper patterns like fear, indecision, unrealistic expectations, or past trauma. Coaching can unlock self-awareness and shift the way you approach relationships.

Is the coaching personalised or standardised?

It’s fully customised. We adapt tools and strategies based on your life stage, culture, experiences, and goals. We deliver virtual sessions, making it accessible globally.

If the alliance is fixed by the Indian Matrimonial, do we pay anything in additional ?

No you do not have to pay anything. Your good wishes and blessings are more than enough for us.
